This document sets out all the terms for using the kkbbd platform. Please read it in full before creating an account.
1. Introduction & Consent
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the kkbbd platform and website kkbbd.lat ("Platform"). kkbbd is a trusted online betting and casino entertainment platform for Bangladesh, offering users cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and various other gaming services.
By creating an account on kkbbd, logging in, or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have unconditionally agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested not to use the platform.
These Terms have been prepared in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Bengali version will take precedence.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirement
The kkbbd platform is for individuals aged 21 or above only. Only those aged 21 or above are permitted to open an account and play on this platform. If any person under the age of 21 uses the platform, kkbbd reserves the right to immediately close that account and forfeit all deposited funds.
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must be legally capable of entering into a contract.
- You may have only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- You are using this platform voluntarily and for entertainment purposes.
- You are playing with your own money — betting on behalf of third parties is prohibited.
2.2 Geographic Restrictions
kkbbd does not guarantee that use of this platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for complying with the applicable laws in their own area.
3. Account Registration & Verification
To create an account on kkbbd, users must provide accurate and complete information. If an account is created with false, misleading, or incomplete information, kkbbd may suspend or close that account at any time.

- Active mobile number and email address
- Preferred payment method details
3.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. In the event of unauthorized access, notify the kkbbd support team immediately.
3.3 KYC Verification
kkbbd follows a "Know Your Customer" (KYC) process. At any time, particularly before a withdrawal, users may be asked to submit documents to verify their identity, proof of address, and payment method. Withdrawals may be held until this process is complete.
4. Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
kkbbd supports Bangladesh's most popular payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers (including Sonali Bank, Janata Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks). Once funds are credited to a user's account, they are immediately available for use.
4.1 Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (applicable for each method).
- Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
- Using a card or mobile account registered in a third party's name to make a deposit is prohibited.
- All transactions are monitored in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawal processing time is generally 10 to 45 minutes.
- Withdrawals will not be processed if the wagering requirements on a bonus have not been met.
- Withdrawal requests will only be sent to verified payment methods.
- It is recommended that the deposit method and the withdrawal method be the same.
4.3 Transaction Cancellation & Rejection
kkbbd reserves the right to cancel or reject transactions in the following circumstances: if fraud is suspected; if the user's KYC verification is incomplete; if multiple accounts or payment methods are detected.
5. Bonus & Promotion Terms
kkbbd offers various types of bonuses and promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, and withdrawals cannot be made until those conditions are met.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳3,000. Or deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳42,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own expiry period — if not used within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
- If a user attempts to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means, kkbbd reserves the right to close the account.
- Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or the same device is prohibited.
- kkbbd reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules must be followed when placing bets and playing games on kkbbd.
6.1 Rules for Placing Bets
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
- In the event of an internet disconnection or technical error, kkbbd is responsible for determining the validity of the bet.
- If a game is interrupted due to an internet connection issue, kkbbd will determine the outcome in accordance with the applicable rules.
6.2 Sports Betting
Betting on cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football, kabaddi, and other sporting events is conducted in accordance with standard market rules. Bets are settled after the result is announced.
6.3 Reliability of Game Results
kkbbd uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play in slots, live casino, and other games. All game results are determined automatically and kkbbd does not intervene in them.
6.4 Match Fixing & Manipulation
If kkbbd believes that any bet is connected to match fixing, insider information, or any form of fraudulent activity, that bet will be cancelled and the associated account will be permanently closed.
7. User Conduct Policy
kkbbd is committed to maintaining an orderly and safe betting environment. To this end, all users must follow the conduct policy below.
7.1 Prohibited Activities
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Using bots, automated software, or scripts to play games or place bets.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for an unfair advantage — any such incidents must be reported to kkbbd immediately.
- Obtaining bonuses through any form of collusion or coordinated betting strategy.
- Harassing other users or using offensive language.
- Attempting to undermine the platform's security measures.
7.2 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
kkbbd complies with applicable international anti-money laundering standards. If a suspicious transaction is identified, kkbbd is obligated to notify the relevant authorities and may suspend the activity of the associated account.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the kkbbd platform — including logos, designs, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and all media — is protected under the intellectual property rights of kkbbd or its licensors.
8.1 Limits on User Rights
- You may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes.
- Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any content without kkbbd's written permission is prohibited.
- Unauthorized use of kkbbd's trademarks or logos is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
kkbbd makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, kkbbd accepts no liability in the following circumstances:
- Loss caused by internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.
- Any problems caused by third-party software or services.
- Bets or game sessions lost due to unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
- Leakage of user account information — where it results from the user's own negligence.
- Financial losses arising from gaming or betting.
kkbbd will never bear liability for any loss that is directly beyond our control.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
kkbbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

- If any violation of these Terms is detected.
- If fraudulent activity is suspected.
- If evidence of multiple accounts being operated is found.
- If KYC verification fails or false information has been provided.
- If age verification fails.
10.2 User Rights

12. Terms & Conditions Changes & Contact

Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
